After many months looking at Craigs List for a Table Saw I found the one I wanted. This person just moved to Tennessee and was downsizing to an apartment. He had a storage shed with items still to find a new home.

He had a lot of tools I needed for my new workshop and bought them at a price you could not pass up. No these are not stolen.

I have that same saw and love it. The only thing I wish it had is the geared micro adjustment for the rip fence, but I have found a small rubber mallet and light taps work great for those small adjustments. Looks like you have much of the same stuff in your shop I have in mine, except the spindle sander. I have not been able to justify one of those yet.

Like you, I picked up a bunch of big tools at a yard sale. Got the table saw, and joiner (still in the boxes), a thickness planer, band saw and drill press very lightly used. About half of what it would have cost new.

Sweet tools. Now we expect even cooler upcoming builds from you.
