      Iain,

I built an RPO using a GalLine kit.

I custom built my steps and handrails for the new sides.

    • My coaches had a variety of step solutions.  For the EBT baggage I cut up the existing stairs and made a 3-step out of them.

    • The step and handrail on the ends are from the original coach, The step and handrails for the sides are custom from flat and round brass from Hobby Lobby.

Up for sale an 1:20.3 Accucraft J&S Coach converted to a baggage car using GalLine sides. With San Juan Decals. And Painted with Scale Coat San Juan Green. Has metal trucks, wheels and detail parts. Asking $300 for car and decals. If Shipped that is extra, remember this is very large! + message me about shipping.. Not really wanting to ship it just don’t want it to get damaged. But I will if you want.. it’ll be in an original if possible Accucraft coach box. Located in Fort Wayne, IN 46818. Thanks Jason

      Hi jason,

i am currently working on one of these currently, just wondering what you used for step and handrails on side? Did you use off the shelf items or custom made?

    • Greg,

Thank you for offering to keep an eye out. I'm not looking for anything in particular, just so long as it is a Chessie engine in good shape in my price range.

    • There are a couple just north of your price range on g scale swap & shop on FB

    • Joe, tell me the range (models) of locos you would accept, and I will put the feelers out. I know a guy .....

would be pretty hard to find a good steamer for that range, but $200 diesels do come up...

    • Thank you Greg. The photo is just for reference purposes. I'm not actually looking for a GP40, nor could I actually find one in my price range (if one were even available).
