BITZA No 3
Ready for the next phase: RC/Battery. Looking for cheap and cheerful solution.
Dug deep in the bits box to salvage an old 2017 Stainz that had seen far better days.

No battery car for my Stainz everything is inside.
Motor controller https://www.pololu.com/product/1372
Sound Card http://www.mylocosound.com/mylocosound_002.htm
12V NiMH battery with 8 cells inside boiler and 2 in side tanks.
Simplest and most economical method I have found to add battery R/C to a loco.
Welcome Wesley

Take a look at the “basic” or budget priced systems put together by RCS. (RCS-RC.COM) A little more expensive but you get a proper controller with knobs.
Wes,
E komo mai! Welcome! Lovely STAINZ modification!
