I have 5 sets of LGB R1 switches that I don’t need and am hoping to pass along to someone who will actually use them. There are 3 LH pieces and 2 RH pieces. They are in varying degrees of use (including brand new). If someone expresses interest I will post photos (I have yet to take shots).

In addition, I have 8 axles of plastic wheelsets. They are 30mm diameter and well-used by other modelers. Please note that these are wheels ONLY; not complete trucks. Again, photos can be posted if someone wants them.

This is a great start for a switching puzzle using 2 axle cars.

That’s fair. I know some use them for scenery in modular layouts. Since Im outside that wont do for me haha

I threw away a giant bag of them, no scenery as of yet on my layout just track and plants.

They sure seem to attract junk and also put junk on the rails… got a feeling of evil glee throwing them away…

Yes, I remember a certain contingent here burning or shooting or discarding LGB boxes!

I threw out all my boxes for rolling stock except one each of every locomotive type, for shipping.

Still way too many boxes! I was renting a storage container at $60 a month just to hold the stupid boxes!!
