      Request For Help At York

OK, I got tables and chairs for LSC in The Alcove. I think Hollywood is bringing banners.

I have practice packing my "Mini-Timesaver" which operates in about 3X8 foot space with a Hartland Switcher and 2 axle cars.

Before I commit to this, I need someone (or someones) to offer to be there after noon on Friday for a few hours. My wife and I would like to visit a few places, and I don't want to leave it unguarded. I will be there Thursday afternoon to set it up.

Please volunteer so we can all have some fun. It was a horrible, empty space last year. This could be our last get together at York, let's make it a good one.

      Lou

I can't get the pictures to match up, but you get the idea.

I'd be glad to help out, Lou. It's not like the Alcove is ever vacant, last year was an anomaly.

I'd like to help you set up on Thursday, but I'm not sure when Ric & Jan plan to arrive here. (He probably told me, but oldtimer's disease has set it.).............

      Thanks, Ken.

I have your cell # so I can let you know when I get there. Ric & Jan can come too.

I'll help if we get there in time to help setup.  I guess it is weather dependent.  We are leaving a week from tomorrow from Dundee, Florida and plan to be at Kens' by Thursday.  I'll know more as time and weather forecast gets solidified.

I will also try to help out for a while on Friday.  May be traveling west on Saturday.

I will gladly watch/sell your stuff while you are absent Lou. To think that you had the balls to ask Ric about "watching" his TIMESAVER ?

I'll be hanging around there Lou, sometime Thursday afternoon and from then on, more or less.

As we get closer to Friday afternoon, I'll be sure to check in and see if I can be of help. Or hindrance. Either is fine for me.

OK, sounds like youse guys will help out so I can take my wife to the few places she wants to go to.

Plan is to bring double face tape to hold the track down to the table provided. Bumpers will be styrofoam and duct tape. Wotta plan!

So far, I have made 2 Hook&Loop uncouplers. One out of a tongue depressor, a different one out of an old toothbrush!

Hook and Loop?  We can get knives in the snack bar.

Well, Ric, you'll have to show us all that trick!

Now we can have a seminar and declare we are educating.
