      If Dave Taylor doesn't....

......show his ass around here pretty soon, I might just have to call him up again and find out what he's up to.

Dave what is the summer schedule for #315?

The family is gathering in SW Colorado again this summer and I'd love to show them your gal.

John C. If Dave is at Cumbres and Toltec RR, they have 488 and looks like 454 double headed, have a family friend there yesterday, and he posted picture on Facebook

Dave is a fireman on the 315, a Silverton Northern consolidation, with running rights on the D & S RR and the C & T S RR.

16 of my closest family rode the Cumbres in 2015, a great time for all.

One of my friends just returned from CO Narrow Gauge country. He was up at the C&TSR last week , or the week before for their special weekend and 315 was pulling photo freights.  He got some great pics and video.

This pic from Facebook, so I'm not sure it will be visible to all.  I couldn't zoom in enough to see if Dave is tending the fire...

And here is his extended (31 Mins) video featuring a ride behind 315,  Still can't tell if it's Dave firing...

Look, pal, I tried calling him on my regular phone, but the squirrels had eaten through the line:

So I went down to the train station with my dime, but the operator said they want 25 cents. Since when did it cost two bits to make a lousy phone call?

      "Real Buzzy"...real "Busy", quite likely.

It would be great to get a good update on Dave's activities, if he has the time. His reports were always very informative, educational, and most enjoyed.

Dave is now in seclusion, consulting with extra-terrestrial aliens in the men's room at the Walmart in Sedona, trying to figure out what would best torture us in the next Challenge, which, after all, is only 139 days away:

Sedona has a Walmart? Oh my.

So you haven't got a hold of him after all?

Sedona doesn't have a Wamart, but Walmart has a book called Sedona.

      I have 2 clues.

      1. He has a huge heart and puts his friends first.

      2. The tins that made his Electrical device (last year's Mik) ... I get them too, for medicines...

      3. We deservedly come in second...

Build a communication device to keep Dave in contact with this planet using only a 2x4 and some aluminum foil...and no, you can't use the foil to make a hat.

He was actually having TOOOOOOO much fun....

I could not imagine he had totally abandoned us.

Durango Historical Society web page says "315 TO REMAIN AT C&TS UNTIL 2022."

Nor could I imagine he left #315 he had put so much effort into/onto/inside of!

      I found photographic(video) evidence:

      Hard to find:

Cumbres & Toltec Scenic RR #315 Special Charter 2018 part 2

      https://youtu.be/ms60qaj70Z4

The fireman's side shows up later on a curve.

I do not recall if he showed up.

There were 3 guys in the cab??????

      Check out part 1, too.
