I have an LGB 2-8-2 with DCC and sound for sale.
I have serviced it and it runs fine pulling 8 1:20 scale cars.
The previous owner indicated the wheel quarter slipped and he had it fixed but still slipped after repair. He ran very long and heavy trains.
I have not been able to duplicate the problem and have tested it running into a wall but this locomotive is apparently prone to this so I am concerned.
Because of the potential problem I would need to talk to anyone who wanted to purchase it prior to shipping it.
It has its original LGB box but its box is real long and would be more expensive to ship. Best if sold to someone coming to Trainops or going to a layout that someone visiting the east can transport.
