Spring steam on the W&Q

We are starting to see some nice spring weather now here in Maine. last week I ran several trains, here are some rail fan pix from the runs.

Eric,

Thank You. That was enjoyable. You have quite the knack of making these train videos. (http://largescalecentral.com/externals/tinymce/plugins/emoticons/img/smiley-wink.gif)

Ah-yuh what Joe said!

I went a visiting today…

Richard J’s place in Lawrence Mass. several scales were represented.

The little Yellow British outline engine was sold locally. The Train Department listed it briefly. It was rebuilt by Mike McCormack who did a wonderful job on it. it is fitted with a “Slo-Mo” device which gives it lots of inertia like a real steamer. Kill the steam and it will coast an astonishingly long way.

Wonderful video! Looks like a great day.

That had not occurred to me. I have a Countess and there’s a SloMo kit that doesn’t require taking anything apart. Looks like you need real brakes. Or maybe what they used to do in the old days - slap it into reverse?

Great videos Eric. Cant get enough of your line.
